Led the end-to-end implementation of a new LMS and designed a company-wide Learning Quest to drive adoption. Employees chose a personalized learning track and selected from multiple content formats to complete it. The program drove over 5,000 course completions in its first year, with adoption continuing to grow the following year reaching 100% compliance for its approach and employee engagement.

Employee Onboarding Program

Designed and led a blended onboarding program for new hires, pairing live virtual instructor-led training with a self-paced digital launchpad, accelerating ramp-up time and deepening engagement from day one.

Microlearning Modules

Designed a library of microlearning modules, breaking core training into five-minute videos and job aids accessible on any device, lifting completion rates and fitting learning into the flow of work.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Security Module

Developed a security training module that equips employees with the fundamentals of multifactor authentication and the concrete steps needed to stay secure and compliant.
