HOW IT WORKS
1. SEED
The first step in the process is a meeting to discuss the specific challenges that your organization is facing. After this meeting you will receive a proposal outlining how our solution can solve your unique challenges.
2. WATER
During this phase you will receive a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the scope of the project including the specific objectives, deliverables, and a proposed project timeline.
3. SPROUT
In the sprout phase we will conduct in depth interviews with the appropriate stakeholders and begin gathering content. This phase will include initial storyboarding or scripting, depending on the strategy or solution proposed.
4. FIG TREE
During this phase we begin the detailed training strategy or solution design and development. For training design, this includes review cycles and any additional editing that may need to take place.
5. FIG
This is the last phase of the process where the training solution is finalized, delivered and deployed. Any additional testing will conclude and a measurement strategy will be put in place.

If you pursue consulting services, we continue the conversation over a particular time frame until services are no longer needed.

HISTORY
The history of fig trees stretches back as far as thousands of years. These trees are often seen as symbols of knowledge and wisdom, but in some cultures, sitting under a fig tree is believed to provide clarity of thought and insight.

CULTURE
Fig trees have an enduring presence in culture and agriculture and are prized for their sweet and nutritious fruit. These trees were also important to civilizations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans.

RELIGION
The fig tree is mentioned in the Catholic bible in several places. In the book of Genesis, Adam and Eve used fig leaves to make clothes after eating forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

ABOUT ME
My name is Jessie Lienemann and I am a Learning Design Program Manager at Meta (contract) responsible for the design of engaging and impactful training solutions for audiences of 250,000+ learners. I have more than 15 years of experience in higher education, extensive familiarity with automotive and tech learning domains, development and delivery of training for initiatives (using a wide variety of modalities), while also being proficient in technology and tools needed to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Learning Design & Technology with a focus in Design and Performance Systems from Wayne State University as well as certifications in Project Management, Product Management and Agile Fundamentals. I bring specialized knowledge and experience in instructional design, adult learning theories, and the latest educational technologies, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration and adoption, adding significant value to my clients.
I have previous training development experience in Big Tech, Automotive and Higher Education. Examples of training developed include: employee onboarding, compliance training, product safety training, security training, software training, systems training, Blackboard LMS training, and online instructor certification courses.
