I’m Jessie Lienemann, founder of Fig Tree Learning and a Learning Design Program Manager at Meta. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, automotive, and tech, I design learning solutions that drive performance and engagement across audiences of more than 250,000 learners.
I hold a Master’s in Learning Design & Technology from Wayne State University and certifications in Project Management, Product Management, and Agile Fundamentals. My work blends instructional design, adult learning theory, and emerging technologies to create scalable, effective learning experiences that deliver measurable impact.
From onboarding and compliance to product and software training, my approach focuses on making learning meaningful, measurable and aligned with real business goals.
